Our olive oil mill allows us to produce not only superb extra virgin olive oils but also flavored EVO oils through simultaneous co-pressing of olives with citrus fruits and vegetables, or cold infusions of spices and vegetables in high-quality, certified organic EVO oil.

Our collection of flavored oils is predominantly certified organic, produced through mechanical pressing and cold infusions, completely excluding the use of natural or chemically created flavors. Luigi Tega relies on traditional ingredients, starting with a mature extra virgin olive oil made from healthy and ripe olives harvested late in the season. This oil, with its delicate herbaceous notes, harmonizes perfectly with the distinctive flavors of our selected ingredients, all of Italian origin: from olives to Sicilian citrus fruits, to spices and vegetables sourced from central Italy.
All production processes take place in our mill in Umbria, where rigorous standards of management and quality are applied.

Today, traditional care and dedication is added to modern and sophisticated precision: each phase of cold pressing and infusion is monitored with cutting-edge instruments and with the expert eye of our oil mill operator.
During production, a single day of negligence can compromise weeks of work and cause the loss of considerable quantities of flavored oil, due to improper selection of fruit and vegetables that could be contaminated by mold and parasites, as well as prolonged times in the mills and in infusion tanks, which could impart a pungent, fermented flavor especially to ingredients such as onions and garlic bulbs.
